Register with Greensnow to streamline your staffing process and quickly fill shifts with qualified workers. Our platform allows us to post your shift requests, manage worker assignments, and ensure that your business operates smoothly without the hassle of traditional hiring methods.
By registering, you gain access to a large pool of workers ready to take on part-time, temporary, or emergency roles. You can specify shift details such as job title, location, timings, compensation, and special requirements, and we’ll take care of posting the shifts to connect you with the best candidates for your needs.
Sign Up
Open the app and either sign up for a new account by entering the required information or log in using your existing username and password.

Create a New Shift Request
Click on the button to create a new shift request. Fill out all the necessary details, such as the job title or role, shift date and time, location, number of workers required, and any special requirements.
Submit the Request
Carefully review all the shift information to ensure it is accurate. Submit the request by clicking the appropriate button, making it live in the system.
Monitor and Manage Requests
Employers communicate directly with Greensnow to manage their shift requests. Once a request is submitted, Greensnow will review it, and employers can follow up for updates or modifications through the app’s messaging or contact feature.
Assign Workers to Shifts
Greensnow will handle assigning suitable workers to the shift based on the employer’s requirements. Employers can communicate any specific concerns, changes, or preferences to Greensnow, and Greensnow will ensure these are addressed.
Track and Complete the Shift
Greensnow oversees the process to ensure shifts are successfully completed. Employers can provide feedback or ratings for the workers through Greensnow once the shift concludes, helping to maintain quality and accountability.
